Stirling Structures were engaged to deliver the construction of sixteen industrial units in a range of various sizes comprising of three separate buildings. This project broke ground on 19th October 2023 with project completion recorded on 15th July 2024. During the course of this period the region experienced larger than average levels of rainfall posing challenging conditions for the construction team. This was managed efficiently with minimal impact to the construction programme.

The main focus rested squarely on providing a quality finish through all stages of construction contributing significantly to the majority of the units going under contract prior to the date of project completion.
